1001 Albums Summary

Opener was good, the hits are decent, the rest was nothing special. Not really my thing.

Meh, not really for me. I liked some of the slower or more orchestral songs (I think I'll like their next album more...), but the heavier stuff all kinda sounds the same and I'm not crazy about the vocals.

Starts amazingly strong, solid all the way thru

The hits are catchy, but the production is so damn muddy and the vocals sound dumb. Not for me.

So much fun. Decent quality recording, fantastic musicians, Muddy sounds great.

Consistent all the way thru, unique sound, very charming and fun. Like an interesting weird guy beckoning you to follow him thru a mysterious door, behind which lies the rest of the Talking Heads' catalog.

It's fun, but it gets boring.

So goddamn fun. It sounds like it would be a blast to play in this band. Janis is incredible. Piece of my heart is the standout, obviously, but the rest is solid to excellent
