Enjoyed listening to every song on the album, that makes it a 5 for me.
It was a great album for me, was thinking it would be a 4. However, I was won over by the final 3 tracks and rate it 5.
Some of the songs end up feeling like they're dark or heavy for the sake of being dark. They're still played well enough and fit the theme of the album. There are a few fun poppy-happy tunes on the album that sound nice i.e. Lovesong and Fascination Street. Where I think the album shined most for my taste were in songs like Last Dance and The Same Deep Water. These songs were ones where I felt Smith's voiced had some of its more raw and genuine emotion in it. Combined with the great instrumentals throughout most of the tracks this album is realistically a 3.5 for me, but I'll give it a 3 instead of a 4.
Enjoyed the jazzy tunes but most of the songs seemed to blur into the background and it was hard to tell many of them apart. Don’t know the history of the album or much about the black keys, but the album was fine. For my taste though, most of the songs are on my skip list.
3-4
Enjoyed the title song, rest of the album, for me, was just okay. Maybe acid rock isn’t for me, but I’ll see if I ever dip back in the genre. Decent album.
Album was very enjoyable on my walk. Although I doubt it'd ever make it onto the car ride playlist, I liked it.

Loved it when I younger, still enjoy it, but maybe not to the same extent.
