1001 Albums Summary

Good for like a Howling Wolf style bar but too samey to sit and listen to

1st half great falls away after into the mystic

Mostly forgettable except dreamer. Crime of the Century is an epic end but nothing id want to revisit again.

I would imagine if I was there for this live I would think it was the best gig ever however as I find on most blues albums the songs all run into one another and I come out at the end with nothing really memorable. The energy from the performance and the way the band play definately push this rating up. Was it not a live album I dont think id have made it to the end.

Some of my favourite Beatles songs on this.

Cannot make it through this. Yeah the 1st 3 songs are good but the rest is so boring.

Really Good Start. Never really been into Patti Smith unless its Bruce Springsteen related. Thought the Opener was the stand out then the album settled into a nie groove.

Not Great Not Bad

Good album, I feel like the production is patchy between songs. Obviously Imagine is the big single from this but its so overplayed. Jealous Guy is a highlight and How Can You Sleep being a great song albiet a lyrical attack on McCartney

Mother is dugshite This album having Every Breath You Take seems to be what makes it considered a classic.

Victoria is good Austrailia was ok but too long. This might just be the new belle and sebastian album

Its a very good album to have on in the back ground. Really laid back.

There is only 2 songs on this album that is under 5 mins long. I just read that this was the first yacht rock album. Like Yacht rock seems like it should be barred.
