1001 Albums Summary

Album filled with some of the most recognizable songs of all time. Only mark against it, feel like I’ve heard the album 1000 times without ever actually listening to the album all the way through more than once. Can only imagine how unbelievable this album would be hearing when it first came out.

Unique for its era, didn’t grab my attention as much as I wanted. Very solid album and could hear how it’s influenced music today. Didn’t hold my attention too well. Will have to listen again at some point. Love the weird off best style that seems to becoming a norm in music I listen to

Queen always iconic. My first listen all the way through this album in one sitting. Solid through and through

I really should listen to more r&b soul. Really is an incredible period in music. So outside what I normally listen to and it was awesome.

I wasn't a massive fan of the album. Going into the album knowing nothing about it, it didn't appeal to my more modern ears. However, I can imagine it having wide influence on those had heard years ago. Given it's legendary status I will have to listen again.

Started strong with the opening song that lost interest as time went on.
