1001 Albums Summary

Already familiar with this album. Every song is great.

This album was not for me. The drawn-out haunting-esque vocals on these songs did not work for me the way they do on some of Radiohead's songs I'm more familiar with. Unfortunately, I didn't care for a single song on this album.

Okay for listening in the background. Not something I'd revisit.

I can see why she's well regarded in pop-fan circles. Back in Black, Tears Dry on Their Own, and Wake Up Alone are standouts for me.

An extremely enjoyable experience.

This was a ride. Really fun. The Magic Number, Eye Know, and Treading Water are favorite tracks, but unlikely to revisit the album as a whole.

Smooth, easy listening, just not my personal jam.

The blinking cover art on Apple Music is terrifying -- but the music is good.

Aside from the classic Take On Me, I wasn't finding any other songs of particular interest. Pleasantly surprised to end on Here I Stand and Faced the Rain which I enjoyed -- but not enough to make not of it for future listens.

Good stuff.

No one song stood out, but enjoyable start to finish.

Not for me. At all.

The instrumentals here are amazing and apparently very much my kind of music. Remove the vocals and I would listen to this possibly forever.
