Maggot Brain by Funkadelic
Nov 02 2023

Raises more questions than it answers. Funk is not typically my cup of tea but I enjoyed the skill, the creative execution of concept and the blend of humour and musicality. Song names and musical moments that I recognise from much later pop, pink and even metal. Very interesting new data point in my knowledge of modern musical history
