Boy In Da Corner
Dizzee RascalEw. Random beats with random sounds, creating a random cacophony of sounds that go on for the entire songs without changing. I try to keep an open mind, but I can't imagine ever listening to this again.

It’s a good album. While regea is not really my cup of tea, I liked the sound of this album, the jumpy melodies and the voice of bob Marley made for an experience that made gain a deeper appreciation for the genre.
I like the rap of the songs. You have 2 voices that have a very fun dynamic and really make the songs feel more alive. I liked the sound of the heavy beats with bass melodies or the metal. I also liked the production decisions like the sound effects or little details that make songs more special. Overall, this album had a sound that I hadn't heard before, and I'd say it introduced me very well.
Even though every song in here is arguably a hit, I got bored of the album pretty quickly. Every song has the same format, in which you have the start, a chorus, a second verse, and then an end with the chorus. What I liked about this album is the singing of Adele, which is amazing, and also the way the songs are produced. It starts almost in a minimalist way, with only little sounds, but it builds up from that until in the end, you have a chorus of sounds and harmonies and sound effects that sound very good. This album's sound was very good, it knew what it was doing, but, in my eyes, getting bored of an album is the worst thing that can happen while listening to it, and for that, I give it 3 stars.
I'm not fond of heavy rock much. That is the truth. This album is arguably one of the best rock heavy metal albums out there, but I like the softer side of the guitar. The riffs in this sounded all the same to me and bored me after a while. While most songs had some quality to them other than heavy metal, it wasn't enough for me to distinguish them. The way the lyrics were delivered hit sometimes, but other times you just got tired of them. Overall, this album made me learn that no matter how hard I try, I just don't like the genre. There were a few songs in here that stood out to me, and I can certainly respect the production and message that this album contains, but I wouldn't listen to it again.
This album is very good. I played an instrument and was part of an orchestra since I was little. I always liked the conjoint feeling and sound of every instrument. This joins this feeling with rock, making something that I didn't know I was looking for until I found it. It sounds very good, the orchestra sound with the drums and the guitar bits with the singer's voice, you have to love it. I give it a five because I have not seen anyone else do this, and I think they did it perfectly.
Africa Brazil is an album. It's a good album, the sound is familiar yet has something different in it. The guitars that sounded at first drew me in, they sounded kinda like blues, but then the songs went into punchy rhythms with rock and samba elements, with frankly, very interesting production. But this is not for me, the sound is good, I liked the album, but I wouldn't listen to it again. Plus songs in languages I don't know aren't my thing. It's not that I have to know what the songs says, but it just feels weird and less enjoyable somehow, not the fault of the album, but still. Overall, I am glad I listened to this, nevertheless, I give it a 3.
Even though I feel punk is very monotone, I liked this album a lot. It’s short songs and Good riffs created a very unique experience. I definitely feel more ready to listen to more of this genre and I feel like this is a very good takeaway for this album.
This album sounded like Marvin Gaye but jazzier. I loved it. The soulful harmonies with the jazzy piano followed by a saxophone solo or the sax playing in the background sounds incredible. Even though 1 or 2 of the songs didn't really do it for me, they are still objectively very good songs. I am very glad I listened to this album.
I understand why people would want to listen to this. The saxophone gives the songs so much life and emotion, and the sound is dampening but the same time jumpy and lively. Even though it was great, I did not care for it much, and I probably wouldn't listen to it again. Also I thought the songs were missing a little substance.
I didn't enjoy this as much as I though I would. The majority of these songs are lackluster and don't have anything remarkable. I barely got throught it and I like the psychedelic genre. Nevertheless, the songs were good and just feel like an age we have long since passed.
This only proves that metal is not my thing. I did not enjoy this and barely got through it. The songs are unnecessarily long, and they are pretty boring. The riffs the violins and the general sound is good but just so convoluted and not in a way I can like. One of my favorite songs was the ecstasy of Gold, which goes to show about my preferences.
I did not feel anything tbh. It was good, but I also wouldn't play it. nothing bad to say about it, nothing good to say about it either. But I feel like the bad outweighs the good a little bit, as some of the production and sound effects in this was a little annoying and lacked any real substance.
The album had good beats, got a little repetitive at the middle and end, but overall it was good hip-hop. I loved the vocals of Missy Elliot, the rap was very good and I loved the parts where she sang. I liked it, it's not a 5, but I liked it.
This album sounds good, it has funkiness and also good guitar with good instrumentals. To me, it felt like it was missing something, something that would make it special or give it a twist or something. The songs sound the same, and more than one is boring. I have to give it praise for the influence and how it had sounds of genres that were under the surface, just not quite there.
Every song in this album is arguably a hit. Even though they have genres that normally bore me fast, like metal or hard rock, they manage to keep me engaged and wanting to listen to more. I especially liked the drums in this album, I thought it gave some songs something more special. All in all, it's a very good album.
This album is really good. Even though the long songs mean I will probably not listen to it again, This album was great. Each song sounded different and interesting. It reminded me a bit to king crimson, the trumpets or the melody playing softly like the flute in the song, and then having pretty good highs. I liked this album a lot, Glad I listened to it.
It's a good album, with lots of good songs and good sounds, some songs did not hit for me.
Ew. Random beats with random sounds, creating a random cacophony of sounds that go on for the entire songs without changing. I try to keep an open mind, but I can't imagine ever listening to this again.
Pleasantly surprised me. Got better with each song. The deep base and delicate guitars gave it a kind of profound feeling to it. Overall though, I probably won't visit it again.
Not for me. I understand why this would be influential and important to some people, however, I guess I don’t see what some people see in it, although I will admit the trumpet sounded really good.
Every song on here is good, no questions asked. Sure, some are better than others, but in my opinion, none are skips and sound good in their own right. A perfect album is one that does not have skips, and this one certainly doesn't.
What
surprisingly good, love the piano and the general sound of it
perfect album. Hit after hit. The sound is revolutionary and something that I haven't seen anyone replicate as perfectly as this. This man invented the future of hip-hop and is very influential.
I like this music. It sounds soulful and has good drums. But the songs are monotone with little lyrics. Nevertheless, the beats are good and the singing that appears in some of the songs is majestic. I wouldn't listen to this casually but wouldn't mind revisiting it.
I get this is experimental. But I can't just sit here and pretend I am liking or understanding any of this music. Some of the sounds are cool, but quickly become monotone or are paired with or made into something weird. Either way, some of the highs on this album are good, and even though I wouldn't listen to any of this again, I feel like some appreciation for what they are trying to make is guaranteed.
This is actually a very good album. You can tell that every song is made skillfully and is catchy yet has some elements that surprise you and can even make a song. Pretty enjoyable listen overall.
good guitar and melodies but not all of it was good.
some good songs here and there but too much filler
