1001 Albums Summary

I had never listened to any song of his other than “Grazing…”glad to have the chance to explore more and learn about his life.

That’s a bit much. 18:38 of By the Time I get to Phoenix.

Did not like anything about this album. Very strange. Poor quality recording and depressing sound.

Although all of the songs sound remarkably the same it’s still kind of a fun listen.

There are some real gems here when you dig in past the cuts you heard on the radio. Can really here the influence they had on Jack White both guitar and vocals. Hadn’t really picked up in that before.

One good song does not a good album make. Time of the Season is a really good song but the rest of the album doesn’t come close to that vibe

You can’t get this time back. It’s everything bad about this era of rock. Kind of like a really bad and boring Jim Morrison dream only with worse musicians and inferior vocals.
