1001 Albums Summary

I am very familiar with this band and although I only listen to them when KEXP plays them, the songs sound great cranked on the car stereo.

Been a long time since I’ve listened to an album from start to finish. Lots of sound effects that were new at the time. Fun to listen to but not likely to find its way into my rotation.

I thought I would like this more than I did. Also wasn't expecting so many covers.

Great band

I'm a fan of the Pixies but it isn't a band that I would sit and listen to an entire album. I prefer rocking out to the occasional song.

There are albums I like better

Oldie but a goodie

I grew up on this one.

Been a long time since I listened to this one.

I like Radiohead - but a song at a time on the radio - not a whole album in one sitting

Some classics on this album. Not typically in my music rotation but can appreciate the music and the influence the band had.

I’m a pretty big Springsteen fan but came to his music a bit later in life. I’ve had the opportunity to see him live a few times and it’s always a fantastic show. Personally kinda love the guy.

Full of classics. Fun to revisit.

Solid album. "You Said Something" is a favorite of mine.

I’m a pretty big Bowie fan but this album is nothing special (in my opinion).

It's Rush. Not sure what else to say. 80's band through and through. Nostalgia for some but not likely to find its way into my playlist.

A little Radiohead goes a long way for me. Taken a song at a time mixed in with other music I really like them but I'm not inclined to listen to a whole album from beginning to end.

Not my personal style and after a few songs I moved on.

Solid Iggy

Classic Joni Mitchell. I'm not a big fan but I appreciate her influence.
