Iron ButterflyEveryone needs some stoner rock sometimes. A 17 minute title track on a 36 minute album? [chef's kiss] Perfection.

Fuck the Beatles.
Whatever.
IIRC Red Book audio spec is 72 minutes for a Compact Disc. They nearly filled a compact disc with 70 minutes of mediocre music. That's the best thing I can say.
Suck my ?

I'm not even going to dignify this with listening to it.
Better than I expected from a screeching hippy addict.
Over 30 minutes in the first two tracks makes me think maybe we don't need any more tracks. But then I remember this is just ambience for 90s Vampire Sex Raves™, which is totally my jam.
Fuck the Beatles.
Morrissey has like, two notes. Is that even singing? At least it's a relatively short album at just under 40 minutes.
I think I found the angry hippies.
Not bad to have on in the background, but the best part was the random songs Spotify played after this album in the same genre.
If you think ketchup is "a little spicy" and enjoy contributing to public radio, I've got an album for you.
Brutal.
Tasty.
Bang the gong. Get it on.
There are only a few bands I can listen to an entire album and not get bored with it. Thin Lizzy is not one of those bands.
A cultural touchstone. You don't have to like it, but you do have to know what it is.
It's like the worst parts of the Renaissance Festival in audio form.
I liked "Second Hand News" better when I thought he was singing, "I'm just sittin' here nude." Another cultural touchstone. You don't have to like it, but you have to be aware of it.
The vibrato was a bit over the top, but I heard bits and pieces that reminded me of a bunch of bands and songs years (sometimes decades) before they were created. I had to remind myself several times that this album was from 1972! I'm they had a pretty big influence on other artists.
Not for me.
