Dusty In Memphis by Dusty Springfield
Feb 07 2024

A decent album, but it doesn't stand out. It has its ups and downs, it's enjoyable, with good arrangements and vocals, it does the job, but it doesn't bring anything extraordinary, nothing that makes me want to listen to it over and over again. Soul music performed by white artists always leaves that feeling of something missing. It's definitely not a bad album, but far from being memorable. Best track: Cliché, but definitely "Son of a Preacher Man".

Getz/Gilberto by Stan Getz
Feb 08 2024

With The Beatles by Beatles
Feb 09 2024

Melhor música: Money (That's What i Want)

This Is Fats Domino by Fats Domino
Feb 10 2024

An extremely fun album, featuring a powerful and commanding voice, accompanied by excellent arrangements. It's the kind of album that makes you nod your head from start to finish. There's not much else to say other than it's a highly entertaining and captivating experience.

A great album to serve as background soundtrack while working or reading a book. With a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely listen to it again. Best Track: What does your soul look like pt. 1

Palo Congo by Sabu
Feb 11 2024

I understand the negative comments about the album's repetitiveness, but I have a different opinion: I consider it excellent, full of captivating and even spiritual energy. I was impressed by Sabú's performance on the conga. Not only did I enjoy it greatly, but I also decided to delve deeper into his work and found out that he has several albums in collaboration with Art Blakey, which are now definitely on my listening list. I'm sure I'll revisit it at some point. Best Track: Rhapsodia Del Maravilloso 3.5/5

Songs From A Room by Leonard Cohen
Feb 12 2024

I simply believe that folk music isn't for me. I've tried listening to Bob Dylan's classics several times and couldn't get past the second song. I had the same feeling with this album. It's okay, but i just don't get it. Perhaps at some point, I'll change my mind about folk, but until then, I find it boring af.

Green River by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Feb 13 2024

Few bands can claim they have never produced a bad album, and Creedence is an example of that. This particular album is considered one of the most classic. It's an indispensable work that will always bring me joy.

Kind Of Blue by Miles Davis
Feb 14 2024

Absolutely perfect. That's it.

Pink Moon by Nick Drake
Feb 17 2024
