1001 Albums Summary

Some songs feel like wading into warm water, some feel like bad trips. A little witchy all over.

Lots of fun sounds. Lead signer’s voice has that classic echo-y 80s feel. Would be fun to flip my hair and sing to.

I love this album so much. Banger after banger. And then to end on instrumental Arrival after going so hard on every other song, forces you to think back through all of the other songs you just heard and all of the emotions you just felt. Wild.

Feels like a chaotic jam sesh that will not end.

Took a few songs to get used to the groany voice. Love the guitar. Love the thoughts on what technology is doing to people. I would have loved this album as an angsty teenager, but now it hurts my head a little.

Fairytale of NY will always be one of my favorite Christmas songs, but the rest of this album was okay. Songs sounds too much like each other.
