Morrison Hotel
The DoorsVery good album, Bluesy and Beatles esque in the guitar and drum grooves

Great album, very diverse and bluesy. Would definitely listen again
Straight fire. Incredible musicianship, grooves, vocals and guitar solos.
*I want to like this album more than I do. There’s nothing wrong with it, it just didn’t speak to me. Will listen again and reevaluate.*
Nothing special, but a nice sounding alt rock album for background listening.
Cacophonous at times, but very good instrumentally.
Punk rock, killer guitar tones, and female vocalist on some tracks. THPS vibes
Interesting rhymes and beats. Love the samples from the samurai movie.
A rock opera about possessive love. Very well orchestrated music and tragic, sometimes troubling lyrics. Great juxtaposition between the music and themes
Excellent album with banger after banger. Lyrically I appreciate that the songs rarely say the word love, even though that’s the theme of the album. Multiple lead singers really makes the whole thing feel refreshing
Solid blues album, lyrics are simple which is to be expected. But aside from the organ and occasionally good guitar solo pretty forgettable.
Awesome beats and flow but the lyrics were just to odd for me to really get into it. Will listen to some more of De La Sol though!
Repetitive, almost mesmerizing guitar riffs and grooves. Simple rhythms make for easy listening but nothing really stands out
Guitar heavy, crunchy tones and hard driving punk.
This is my jam. Great basslines, vocals, and jazzy guitar licks. 5/5
Raw sound, fast paced and fun
Very interesting sounds, opening track is very “vibey” and long. Definitely deserves a re-listen so I can focus on the details
Super into this band!
Long tracks, feels like Latin jazz mixed with second line. Great solos!
Absolutely love it. Great lyrics and harmonica solos
