Mar 07 2024

Can tell how much fun they had making it. Upbeat, could away the lyrics and would be a funky instrumental album on it's own right. "Can you kick it", was skipped, overplayed and droning.

Dusty In Memphis by Dusty Springfield
Mar 08 2024

Would be encapsulated live, surrounded by suave suits, evening gowns, crystal glasses, in the greatest decade of the last 100years. Pure talent.

Siamese Dream by The Smashing Pumpkins
Mar 09 2024

Riffs changing from rock to heavy metal to gothic to psychedelic. Provoking lyrics carried with the range of vocals. Will be a new band to commit to now.

In A Silent Way by Miles Davis
Mar 10 2024

Got sucked into the musicality. Local jazz clubs with talented musicians are impressive while jamming, but then Miles has created this that is miles above, shows the level.

...And Justice For All by Metallica
Mar 12 2024

Masterpiece of metal and aggression, setting the tide for the metal scene, opening up more sub-genres than pure thrash. Containing One of the greatest songs ever recorded.

Heartattack And Vine by Tom Waits
Mar 13 2024

Something about the vocals, and music, but maybe not for 2024 in my car on a grey day, definitely not in a Midwest Saloon smelling of liquor and smoke.

The Number Of The Beast by Iron Maiden
Mar 14 2024

Scream for me Donnington. Iconic British metal album, one of the greatest unique voices in music. Amazing.

Stankonia by OutKast
Mar 15 2024

Too long, 1 song out 3 is listenable. Too much layers, and samples, and odd talking.

One World by John Martyn
Mar 17 2024

A lot going on, like one of those albums your Dad got free from the Mail on Sunday. Some tunes, some shockers, instruments all vying for space.

You Are The Quarry by Morrissey
Mar 18 2024

A real surprise and delight. Lyrically on point, and even over 10years old and it is still prevalent, as if he predicted the future. The Lefties just struggle liking him as the truth hurts.

Mar 30 2024

One of those where you need to have a real interest in the genre. The big songs are bangers, and forever will be, is just the other 45minutes is good but long.

Out of Step by Minor Threat
Mar 31 2024

Carnage and original hardcore from start to finish, with a little sprinkle of catchiness to appear on an 80s Tony Hawk Pro Skater soundtrack.
