Those guitar sounds man. Fun.
I recognise that it's great for it's time, however it is a genre I am not quite qualified to speak on. Nice listening though, and that's what matters, isn't it?
1990 and they already perfected the art of flow. I think stylistically this is about as good as it gets for me in this age / style of the genre. Love production, especially on the vocal end.
I was liking it. It's got decent stuff. Then I got bored. What is he on about??
Really strong and fun opener, this sense continues with the perhaps flatter and repetitive My Own Way, but love the synthetic and especially guitar sounds on that track too. The vocals really do their job. Sonically interesting but gets a bit repetitive.
I mean it's gotta be an essential listen for anyone imo, such good entry rock in its purest form and just so fun.
what did I just listen to
Brian Eno take a bow.
woah
opener's a BOP am I right?!
otherwise standard mid album where it's obvious there's a single that there needed to be an album around for some reason.
easy one - the perfect album.
I've got something to say about each and every one of these tracks - that something is an argument for why it's the greatest song ever told (it's not cheating to refer to the B-side medley as one song, right?) Maxwell's Silver hammer even deserves credit, GOATed granny song and WHAT WAS GOING ON IN PAUL'S HEAD?
Octopus' Garden, as I've said before: We must consider Ringo brilliant, a genius even.
She's so heavy? Put some headphones on and realise this is the great masterpiece of the Beatles.
Well you know, I nearly broke down and cried.
Something - greatest love song ever told and there's a reason a Harrisong has the most streams with HCTS.
And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make.

This kinda Country ain't for me now. Not very memorable.

7. I think. I'm torn.
Really strong and fun opener, this sense continues with the perhaps flatter and repetitive My Own Way, but love the synths and especially guitar sounds on that track too. The vocals really do their job. Starts and has moments that are sonically interesting but gets a bit repetitive, and that ultimately is the downfall. I'd love to listen to a couple tracks on here over and over, but am I putting the album on for that same vibe?
How long does Mannish Boy go on??
