1001 Albums Summary

9/10 At first I thought that this album is about an unrequited love and being rejected. And at some point it maybe a right thing to say. But in the middle of it I felt the other way around, that I couldn't manage to explain. Love is a hard thing to explain. And the love which is spoken there about is miserable, maybe unfair and difficult. I loved the story that goes through the lyrics. Simple language. Nevertheless it's strong and is right to place. The music reminded me of of some Disney movies soundtracks. Really nice and soulful album.

6.5/10 The opening song and self titled one are these two songs that make most of the sense to me in this album. I'm not so into The Smiths' music and their personnel, and that's why I find these two touchy and kinda influential.

5/10 Maybe sometimes I'll put it as a background sound while dusting or mopping, it's how I feel right now. Nothing touchy, memorable or unbelievable is found in the lyrics by me. It seems to me that I'm not so mature or "in theme" or what so ever. Ok. It's kinda soothing. You just need to be in a right mood to experience it.

8/10 Solid 8, even with +. All the songs are dancing songs. I imagine myself being at a bar, having some drinks and the time of my life. The Track "Oh why" caught my attention, i liked the story.

6.7/10 Good one, I guess. But I haven't even managed to listen till the end of it. Wouldn't have put it on the list "1001".

10/10 Among the other albums I've already listened to there this one is a pure joy. So many sounds, instruments, expressions. It really impressed me, absolute glory. Blues, Variations and God bless found place in my heart!
