This is what Portland (OR) sounds like to me as a person who has never been there. It has a skater-y vibe to it, a passing-beneath-dark-bridges-and-glimpsing-rosé-clouds-right-behind-them feeling. Could not describe this album otherwise. May the earth be light to you, Elliott.
