R.E.M.I know a few REM songs. A few good ones on this album. Some very interesting lyrics. Not typical at all.

Time of the season, what a classic. It's amazing that this song basically gave this band a career. Never heard this album before, but is well written top to bottom.
Just not my cup of tea. I gave a listen, but could not get into it. Musically, very good. Lyrically not a fan. With the exception of Unhappy Birthday. I did enjoy that one.
Nope! Not for me.
I feel so depressed now... I think I could play a couple of those songs by pressing the Tempo button on my old Casio keyboard.
Another album that I just don't get. The first 2 tracks remind me of James Brown looking for a word to add "Heaahh". Repeating the same line for half the song.
One of best frontmen and lead guitarists of all time. A debut album like few others. 80s hair metal may never have been so big without this album.
Thought I might have heard of one of these songs on TV or video games, but no.......
I can certainly appreciate the musicianship of this album, but I am beyond my sparkup days to really dig it.
A couple well known disco songs that were big hits, but for the most part I found the album lacked that 70s groove that made the disco era so popular.
If Bookends is on the list, I hope a couple more are ranked higher. I o ly like about 1/2 the album. The rest just seemed like useless filler.
Nope, not for me
Relaxing, but not all that interesting.
One of the best bands to come from the 80s metal scene. Hysteria really moved into a more pop metal sound, but it worked. For a band to stop everything after such huge success of Pyromania to stick with their drummer so he could relearn how to drum again, says a lot about them. Loved this album.
An R&B classic
A classic
Never heard this album before. Not bad
My least favorite Radiohead album
