I enjoyed this so much. Perfect antidote to a gloomy first day back at work in Sydney.

Can’t say a thing wrong about this, although not my favourite Radiohead album. I already loved the song There, There but have become a huge fan of Go To Sleep on this listen. Looking forward to some hopefully less angsty and existential albums coming up next bc this really got me in a dark mood lol.

This was a great antidote to the depresso Radiohead lol.

CCR LFG!!!!! Bad Moon Rising obviously a perennial fav but I hadn’t really listened to many of the others. This was exactly what I needed for my Sunday evening chores and reset.

Look, it’s not for me, but I can appreciate the sheer talent of k.d. Tbh the only song of hers I previously knew was her cover of Hallelujah sung for the opening of the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver (which is mandatory listening btw). I was definitely bopping my leg on the train to (Waltz Me) Once Again Around the Dance Floor and can imagine absolutely cutting a rug to this at line dancing.

What can I even say - this is one of my most adored albums of all time. It’s childhood, it’s nostalgia, and although there is far superior African music out there I think it does a pretty fantastic job (cultural appropriation/appreciation is a conversation for another time). Diamonds on the soles of her shoes has to be one of the greatest songs ever written (to compensate for his ordinary shoes I mean cmon!!!!). If Paul Simon has no fans I’m DEAD

Highly recommend blasting Free Bird whilst tipsy on the way home on the train and glaring at anyone who looks at you.

A lovely Wednesday listen. Have never listened to this album all the way through but god Tracey is good, and such a trailblazer. Fast Car obviously god tier but I also really enjoyed Why? and Baby can I hold you.

Sorry but this is the best Coldplay album ever written. Was I emotionally prepared to listen to this on a Thursday morning on my way to work? No. Did I cry on the bus? Yes. Always reminds me of staying up through a 13 hour flight from Aus to SA as a 13 year old and deliriously listening to this album and attaching way too much meaning in proportion to the things I was going through at the time. Under appreciated fav is Shiver which has randomly become one of my all time favourite songs over the past year.
