I've never been in interested in Micheal Jackson even though he is one of the most popular and critically lauded artists ever. I've grown up only hearing of him as a pedo so even if that's not true it's always in the back of my mind when I listen to him. If I want to listen to similar music, there's a bunch of other artists that I can listen to instead, I have zero emotional investment in MJ. 5/10 cause I'm mainly indifferent on the music itself. My first time listening to French rap. Beats are awesome, MC Solaar has a good voice and flow. Very chill, very nice. "Armand est mort" sampling "Inner City Blues" by Marvin Gaye was pretty cool. Will I revisit?: low priority Current rating: 7/10

I like the rock and electronic elements, but most of the album feels like something you put on in the background. Sounds very spacey which was cool though. A lot of it kinda reminded me of trip hop, which I usually enjoy, but it wasn't that memorable. The more rock based songs were alright, nothing too bland or extraordinary. Funny little album but I can't for the life of me remember any songs on this. Like the sound, some of the lyrics are funny. I can see this growing on me if I become more familiar with it. A lot of the songs sound the same. I mean it's a nice sound, but I feel that some are too long and overstay their welcome. The cover of little wing was ok. Layla is a great song but sometimes even that one I feel drags out in the second half. With the album coming in at an hour and 16 minutes, my attention lulls a bit in the middle.
