1001 Albums Summary

I wasn’t blown away by it. Lovely album yes but i found nothing that particularly stood out or drew me to it?

Fun! Final song was great. Purely not giving it 4 stars as I’m saving that for the albums that really blow me away but this was incredibly enjoyable! Loovvveedddd the bass in this especially. This was just what I needed for a warm day

My god this is a beautiful album. Have been listening to a lot of Miles Davis recently. The guitar intro of in a silent way is just beautiful. Innovative but still so classic sounding. Fabulous. Structurally so bizarre but the chords on the organ are beautiful. Have to get more familiar with this one

Dare I say this is my favourite early Beatles record? Beautiful cover of Please Mr. Postman. So many forgotten gems on this one. George’s voice sounds great!

I found this extremely boring and difficult to listen to. Some lovely moments harmonically but overall didn’t really inspire any emotion in me

Party time!!! Beautiful sax solos amazing vocals. I really love live performances where you can hear the audience getting involved. This was great! Will absolutely be revisiting

Shame. Money for nothing is an absolute banger there’s no mistake about that. The part where the guitar riff screams in?? Great. Rest of it felt like walking through slush. Boring and slow.
