1001 Albums Summary

I love the swing element to it, it would be fun to dance to. And in a lot of the songs he truly is crooning. I can see why people went wild for him. 'I'm gonna sit right down and cry' was a highlight.

was surprised at how good this was. super eclectic mix of genres, eg the random latin song was a stand-out. whole album was bursting with creativity but still felt coherent

Enjoyed it more than I thought I would, reminded me of the Beatles. Genuinely quite good but probably wouldn't go back to it.

I can see why it's famous. It's epic, has some big moments, ballads, crazy guitar solos. but not my type of thing. I want something groovier, or weirder and more emotional
