Boppy, lots of classics I didn't realise were from this album. Lyrics haven't aged particularly well but it's a product of its time. May need to get on vinyl.
Judged The Smashing Pumpkins unfairly before this. By no means will I be searching this out to listen again, but whereas before I thought I actively disliked pretty much every TSP song, this has a couple of bangers.
Couple of memorables tunes, but otherwise pretty unnoteworthy. Wouldn't listen again.
Heard a lot *about* Zappa before, but hadn't listened to much outside of Cheap Thrills and some of the big hits. Enjoyed listening to this, but felt like it could've gone on for longer. Ends too soon. Will probably relisten.
Funky AF. Starts strong, ends strong, lulls a little in the middle.

Pretty consistently decent all the way through, not offensive, but peaks with the first two songs.
Better to listen to each song in isolation rather than as an album

What an album. Such a shame the master behind an absolute banger has become the person he is today. For the purposes of this, without a doubt a 5/5.

Consistent all the way through, no particular standouts but a solid album.
Yeah, it's alright. Pretty definitive sound. Can see why it's so iconic. Not going to stick it on repeat any time soon though.
Just a little over the top, musical-esque nonsense. I see why it's beloved but it's impossible to listen to for pure enjoyment.
