1001 Albums Summary

First two tracks were chill vibes, third track is crunchy. Second to last was backwards. Ended with some good horns and vocals. Overall very flowy album, probably wouldn't listen to it again.

Lovely listening, wish it was longer. I'll have to put it on the rotation for deeper thoughts but it felt lively and groovy throughout.

Starting off with rainy church bells is an interesting choice, love that guitar riff accompanying the bells. The ramp up was a lot fun to finish off a solid first track. Starting out the next one with harmonica to soothe the soul. You can tell they had a lot of fun with the directional audio in general, nice engineering.

Holy moly, almost missed this one and what a heartbreak that would've been. The blues are great. B.B. King is The King. The live ambience is joy. What an all-around great time.

Like a slice of hot apple pie. Mellifluous vocals with a mix of smooth piano and strumming throughout, it's got enough complexity to keep your attention yet still makes for easy listening.

It wasn’t for me but not the worst.

Started off a little wishy-washy but the longer it played the stronger the bond it made. Felt like climbing a rock face, excellent album overall.

There’s a lot of noises happening at me. Oh it’s quiet… never mind. Became a piggy then March brought it together. It feels better to be closer.

Melancholic album for a melancholic day.

It was good but I didn’t feel a lot of the songs, felt a bit generic.

Classic. I got some weird looks for the album cover, however.

I had heard of Tom Waits and now I have heard Tom Waits.

Good standout hits, rest of the album felt a bit lukewarm.

Little short but not bad.
