Country Life by Roxy Music
Jun 30 2025

Interesting mix of styles. I know Roxy Music but hadn't listened to this album. Definitely needs repeat listens.

Moon Safari by Air
Jul 01 2025

Nothing exciting, or even interesting about this. It is well produced and some nice bass lines, but I got bored very quickly.

Home Is Where The Music Is by Hugh Masekela
Jul 02 2025

I'm sure for some people, this really hits an emotional spot. Not for me.

Tracy Chapman by Tracy Chapman
Jul 03 2025

Fantastic album, deserving of it's reputation. Having only heard a couple of songs before, I didn't know what to expect from the rest but there's strong messages to each song and that voice will always histand as one of the best.

Jul 04 2025

Good for relaxing to. Some tracks sound like studio jams which works with this type of music.

Back To Black by Amy Winehouse
Jul 07 2025

She had a wonderful voice that feels a bit wasted on what they made her sing.

Superfuzz Bigmuff by Mudhoney
Jul 11 2025

Love these. Their sound seeped into a lot of well known artists like Nirvana and Monster Magnet. Beautifully filthy guitar tones and riffs.

Songs From The Big Chair by Tears For Fears
Jul 14 2025

Very of it's time in terms of production and instrumentation. Some incredibly beautifully recorded instruments, and interesting song arrangements. The piano on 'I Believe' is just gorgeous. This album is a masterclass on the use of the stereo field. It's immersive whilst retaining clarity in each element of the mix. Personally, not all the music here is my type of thing but it has to be a 5 star, purely for how well it was crafted.
