Konnichiwa by Skepta
Jun 28 2025

Nothing special, I guess. The songs all sorta sounded the same to me, and the beats were not very innovative either. At least the album was produced and mixed competently, so I'll give it a 2/5. Don't think that I'll be putting this on ever again.

At San Quentin by Johnny Cash
Jun 29 2025

The music is simple, but it still manages to be very entertaining. The vocals are great, and Cash is quite the performer - the entire comedy act in between is charming. I also love the lyrics of "Boy named Sue". Great album.

What's Going On by Marvin Gaye
Jul 01 2025

Sounds so good. I don't care much for the entire "Save the children, love each other" kind of preaching, but I can't deny the fact that I really enjoyed listening to it. The albums flows really well from track to track.

Jul 02 2025

Fun album, but nothing really special. I like the tracks with short catchy Synth lines, like Time to Pretend. I think I'll listen to that one again, but other than that I don't think I'll replay this one very often.

Hunky Dory by David Bowie
Jul 03 2025

Wonderful album, I love the sound of a crisp acoustic guitar. Typical of Bowie, the singing is also great. A well rounded and enjoyable album, will definitely listen to it again. I found the Andy Warhol track quite fun.

Arc Of A Diver by Steve Winwood
Jul 04 2025

Generic, boring pop music. Everything sounded about the same to me, and everything is so... Safe. Definitely not my jam. 2 stars and not 1 because atleast the music was played competently.

Fleet Foxes by Fleet Foxes
Jul 05 2025

Sounded good, very well produced and every note seems to placed in there with intention. Some of the songs were kinda catchy. But overall, it all seemed to be very... safe. Not precisely what I would enjoy, but not something that I would hate either.

Kings Of The Wild Frontier by Adam & The Ants
Jul 06 2025

Weird album, kinda liked it. Some catchy songs on there, but nothing that really caught my attention.

Jul 07 2025

This was the first recommendation by this website for me that was genuinely surprisingly good. I have never heard of this artist, and the music was strangely distinctive. It was chill, sort of lo-fi in a way. I loved it, and I think this will be on repeat for a while!

Smash by The Offspring
Jul 08 2025

It was okay, nothing special. Generic punk, all bark no bite.
