1001 Albums Summary

It has a good vibe, I liked the instrumentation. It’s catchy, but none of the songs were very memorable. It’s an album I’d put on at a pool party in the summer, but it wouldn’t be a feature. It would just be for the vibes.

I wasn’t that impressed or drawn in by any of the music on the album.

Psychedelic aura to this album, but certainly listenable. Some monotony. It would’ve been nice if he’d mixed it up a bit.

I was surprised at how much I liked this album. I’m not a heavy metal fan, but I’m used to Ozzy’s vocals and find young Ozzy and his band to be compelling on this album. All the songs were listenable and dare I say most were enjoyable. R.I.P. Ozzy!

Great album. Tori Amos’ vulnerability on songs like Me and a Gun and Silent After All These Years are highlights of this album.

One of the greatest albums ever. The only double album I’ll listen to completely.

Costello once said you spend 17 or 18 years writing your first album, which is why it can be so personal and powerful. This was his first album, and the one I most appreciate.

Great dance pop album. What it feels like for a girl is an underrated masterpiece by Madonna.
