Manu ChaoNot a fan of this one. The music wasn't interesting enough for me to stay with it through the language difference.

This album launched 4 huge hits (Dancing Queen, Fernando, Knowing Me Knowing You, Money Money Money), but the rest is mostly garbage. "When I Kissed the Teacher"? "Dum Dum Diddle"? "Happy Hawaii"? A lot of the filler here is just completely corny. "ABBA Gold" is the only ABBA album anyone could possibly need.
Legendary voice, and some classics here. "Lilac Wine" is a favorite.
Brilliant band, brilliant album.
This one hasn't aged well. There was nothing like it at the time, but I can't listen to it these days.
Classic. A few tracks I would have left off. Still, the singles are legendary.
Brilliant concept, and still going strong today. This album brings back a ton of memories and still holds up today.
Pretty much perfect for a swing album. Basie's as good as it gets.
Never got into Goldfrapp before, but after spending time with this album I now want to listen to more of her music. Very pleasantly surprised by this one.
I can see why some people would enjoy this, but it's not my thing. The falsetto vocals are kind of annoying to me.
As good as rap ever gets.
One of my favorite Zeppelin albums, but often overlooked.
Loved it in the 80s, but not into it now.
Brilliant singer, brilliant lyricist. So sad that he left us too early.
Such a classic. A voice that held so much soul, depth, and longing. Another artist who left us way too soon.
James Murphy has made some amazing albums, but this might be his masterpiece.
Not my favorite Bowie album, but it's still a classic with 5 epic tracks like "Changes," "Life on Mars," "Quicksand," and even "Kooks "
The only Springsteen album I listen to repeatedly. These acoustic gems about violent criminals and the repercussions of their actions never fails to draw me in. Bruce' best.
It's a shame when a band's masterpiece is also their finale. "Bittersweet Symphony" is the one people know, but "The Drugs Don't Work" and "Sonnet" are just as good.
Still listen to this one once in a while. Simon's masterpiece, for sure.
Couldn't get into this one. "Afterglow" was ok, but nothing else grabbed my attention.
A beautiful collection of singer/songwriter ballads. Not really my cup of tea, but a remarkable album that paved the way for Elliott Smith, Sufjan Stevens, and others.
