1001 Albums Summary

Fun one to start with! Listened on the couch while home alone. Liked the vibe and the style, interesting blues mix in with the rock and even some polka in one song. I've heard Light My Fire plenty but never knew its origin or anything about it, also fun to get some actual listening time of Jim Morrison given how much I've heard about him.

A fun way to see a bit of Johnny Cash’s personality. Music is good but surprising how basic all of his backing is. It’s all in the vocals.

This is awesome. Could listen for 100 hours straight. Really interesting back story with the bassist. Makes me want to go to a jazz club.

Complex layered melodies, fun to listen to the big band sound but not quite my vibe. Great album but probably wouldn’t listen again.
