Listened to the first song, wasn't feeling it at all
Enjoyable record. Some standout songs like son of a preacher man and windmills of your mind. Soul isn't quite my genre, but there's some interesting, easy to listen to material here.
Very infectious album to listen to that just makes you feel good. Not the biggest fan of Springsteen's vocals, but there is something interesting about them that works in the context of his music. Overall, very enjoyable, with the standout being Born to Run Itself, which is just a fantastic piece of music that Inplannto be listening to well into the future.
Personal preference - reggae isn't my thing. I appreciate why people like it, but it's just not very musically interesting to me or engaging
Some decent folk melodies with a few tracks I wasn't a fan of. Nothing offensive, nothing truly standout, so a 3 seems about right
Really enjoyed this one. I don't want me giving a 5 to give the impression that I loved everything about it, but there's some really good songs in here - Eleanor Rigby above all. I really enjoy the Beatles sound and their experimentation - even if I'm not a fan of some of the experiments. Some solid rock songs and some true standouts.
I liked a lot of the instrumentals in the songs, but I couldn't really get over the vocals - just weren't doing it for me. Some catchy songs, but overall it was pretty weak.
Some pretty fun romps. Evidently the lyrics were suggestive but I didn't really hear much of them tbh, so obviously that's not good
Pretty standard 60s rock with some weird songs thrown in for good measure that just make the whole thing a bit worse. I love some good 60s rock and roll, so I'm conflicted, but the bad ones really drug it down.
Thought I liked alternative rock, but clearly it's not all created equal. Not sure if this is 1 worthy, so I'm giving a low 2.
Really enjoyed Baba O'Reilly, the rest was ok
