1001 Albums Summary

Interesting album. Very contemplative, and of its time (the mid 70s… lots of electric piano) Good jazz playing but most of it was a little slow for my tastes. I did enjoy the uptempo numbers. H2OGate Blues was fun and clever. It also showed how little things have changed in a lot of respects.

Great 60s MoTown! So many classic songs on here, it could be a greatest hits album.

A classic I never knew about! Excellent recording of live Van Morrison from the early 70s. I’m definitely going to add this one to my vinyl collection!

I own this one. Great album!

Meh… pretty repetitive with nothing standing out, not even the vocals. And not that interesting for my tastes. A few nice rhythms occasionally, but not my style of music.
