Cosmo's Factory by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Dec 17 2025

Definitely rock history, knew way more songs than I thought I would.

Lost In The Dream by The War On Drugs
Dec 18 2025

Under the Pressure was a killer opener

Elephant by The White Stripes
Dec 19 2025

Prime early aughts rock- I actually enjoyed this way more than I anticipated.

Dec 22 2025

Otis Redding is the standard and this record is chalk full of hits and covers that blow some of the originals out of the water.

Hotel California by Eagles
Dec 24 2025

Enjoyed more than I expected, I used to despise a certain song on this record - it’s like an earworm I can’t get it out of my head.

Talking Heads 77 by Talking Heads
Dec 29 2025

David Byrne and co. built a masterclass of an album!

Surfer Rosa by Pixies
Dec 30 2025

Classic late 80s rock, ebbs into the early 90s grunge.

Tapestry by Carole King
Dec 31 2025

Carole King and her standards! This album has the hits and the writing holds up all these years later.

Let's Get Killed by David Holmes
Jan 01 2026

This record is the 90s personified. I really enjoyed.

Brothers by The Black Keys
Jan 05 2026

Epitome of 10s indie garage rock

Iron Maiden by Iron Maiden
Jan 06 2026

Shocked how much I liked this! Early Brit Metal like this is great and heavily under appreciated.

Freak Out! by The Mothers Of Invention
Jan 07 2026

Trippy comedic rock

Bookends by Simon & Garfunkel
Jan 08 2026

Certain standouts really shine on this record. Bookends Theme brings such wrought emotion.

Loveless by My Bloody Valentine
Jan 09 2026

Sub genre of shoegaze rock that I did not know existed! Would revisit again

First 5/5 for me personally, grew up with this album throughout various stages of my life and it can hit every category you need. Heartbreak, love, loss, childhood. Adele is a powerhouse.

Night Life by Ray Price
Jan 16 2026

Introduction and title track made the album!

Let's Get It On by Marvin Gaye
Jan 20 2026

Classic 70s r&b that solidified Gaye as a legend.

3 + 3 by The Isley Brothers
Jan 21 2026
Dookie by Green Day
Jan 27 2026

Basket Case is top tier

Celebrity Skin by Hole
Jan 28 2026

Can't Buy A Thrill by Steely Dan
Feb 05 2026

Steely Dan has everything, some of the best songs ever and some of the worst. I respect the middle ground, something for everyone.

Boston by Boston
Feb 10 2026
Bad by Michael Jackson
Feb 18 2026

Michael Jackson has multiple albums that are no skip, six star, bonafide classics. He truly was the King of Pop throughout his life. All the songs on this record could stand alone on their own accord but float into one another so seemlessly. I am jarred how amazing album is. This album takes you to right back to the eighties but holds up just as strong today.
