Siamese Dream by The Smashing Pumpkins
Jan 18 2026

The album was ok. I liked some songs, obviously smashing pumpkins is mainstream asf so Ive heard "Today" before. I think the singing style is cool. Overall, songs were not for me, and one of them at the end was too loud. Just not enjoyable noise.

Exit Planet Dust by The Chemical Brothers
Jan 19 2026

Very repetitive album. Each individual song felt too long. I'm not a fan of repeating noises so this album was not my taste. These songs feel like the "filler" transition songs that a dj would use for 20 seconds.

Stankonia by OutKast
Jan 20 2026

I think overall this album is awesome. It perfectly encapsulates the entire aesthetic and lifestyle it's portraying. I think sometimes the flow can get cramped, but overall the songs actually connect and sometimes make a story throughout.

Funeral by Arcade Fire
Jan 21 2026

I thought it was just ok. It is decent music, the kind of music that is the soundtrack to an average rom com movie.

Rio by Duran Duran
Jan 22 2026

I like the singing style, but overall the songs are not my style.

Siembra by Willie Colón & Rubén Blades
Jan 23 2026

I don't listen to this genre on the regular, but this album does it very well.

Come Away With Me by Norah Jones
Jan 24 2026

This album has made me the most mad with this 1001 albums so far. This may have been amazing in 2002, but I am listening to the most melodically uninteresting music with a woman who sounds like she won't open her mouth completely.

Paranoid by Black Sabbath
Jan 27 2026

Both expected and not expected Black Sabbath to sound like this. I am not the biggest fan of the singing style. I like the general sound, although seemingly too simple for me.
