1001 Albums Summary

Only knew the first one from tony hawk and thought the band is just a Metallica ripoff. Buut its actually not that bad. Sometimes bit too much tough-guys-with-a-heart-riffs

This album sounds like a proposal/weddingplaylist. Its no bad music, especially "Trouble" is just good. But its a bit too much Kitsch for me (had to put on some high on fire afterwards)

Timeless classic. Natty Dread is such a great song. Although the live recordings are even better

This Album starts with a bang, sounds the same after few songs but a place for my head was, is and will always be such a massiv banger!

I love my old-school hiphop. But here somehow the flow is missing. And the backingtracks suck from time to time. Listen to the first one, sounds like my farts after drinking too much Weißbier.

Great harmonies, perfect record for a sunny, hazy day

This album is a masterpiece. The production, the arrangement of the songs. This album is a timeless trip through the creativity of pink floyd. The only thing that doesn't fit: womens voice in the great gig in the sky is just over the top. If i could travel back in time i would go right there, Abbey Road studios and tell her to chill a bit.

For me the perfect "wakeup-album" -everything sounds similar, but in a good way -songs aren't complex -uplifting

My friend who is much into hip-hop says it is a masterpiece so i guess it is. But i dont get it.
