Jazz Samba by Stan Getz
Apr 21 2026

Sounds like drinking a margarita in a country club, in a good way! Soothing but also has a kick

Dusty In Memphis by Dusty Springfield
Apr 22 2026

Not really my cup of tea. Some lyrics interesting, obviously Son of a Preacher Man is a banger, but musically not in love.

Hot Buttered Soul by Isaac Hayes
Apr 23 2026

Starts strong. Didn't need storytime at the end. Some recognizable pieces. Always wonder how I would have reacted if I were listening to this right after it came out.

War by U2
Apr 27 2026

Very 80s. Starts off strong, couple of great songs on here, but gets a little boring as it goes on...

Pearl by Janis Joplin
Apr 28 2026

Soulful. Like it!

Eagles by Eagles
Apr 29 2026

Kinda lost me with Chug All Night, lol. Some of these lyrics are pretty hilarious. Goes down easy but cannot relate to it overall!

Ill Communication by Beastie Boys
May 02 2026

Sounds like they made a bunch of noise and threw it at the wall to see what would stick. Definitely some bright spots, but the Beastie Boys have never been my thing, and this was not an enjoyable listen as a whole

A Northern Soul by The Verve
May 03 2026

Omg, no. My first DNF of this project. Crappy singing, dumb lyrics, and boring music.

Catch A Fire by Bob Marley & The Wailers
May 04 2026

Starts strong, gets boring, revives, bores me out. Definitely listenable but not my jam lolz

Axis: Bold As Love by Jimi Hendrix
May 05 2026

A few bright spots - not even songs, parts of songs - but generally not feeling this. I like the cover tho!

Harvest by Neil Young
May 06 2026

Definitely some good songs on here. Would listen to again (maybe skipping the maid song WTF)

Jack Takes the Floor by Ramblin' Jack Elliott
May 07 2026

Bug-heavy and I'm not mad at it. Found this pretty entertaining and would listen again

Rapture by Anita Baker
May 08 2026
May 11 2026

There are some great songs on here but this didn't age well overall. The misogyny etc is exhausting.

At Mister Kelly's by Sarah Vaughan
May 12 2026

Interestingly, my two favorite albums from this project so far are jazz. I enjoyed this a lot - relaxing and warm.

Neon Bible by Arcade Fire
May 13 2026

The first album of this project I enjoyed all the way through. Pretty remarkable for being on par with their first, which is also great

We Are Family by Sister Sledge
May 14 2026

Ok, this actually slaps

British Steel by Judas Priest
May 15 2026

I was not expecting to like this as much as I did. Very solid musically, just not my thing. Also, Grinder is hilarious
