Appetite For Destruction by Guns N' Roses
Apr 21 2026

Guns N' Roses' debut album is carried by cool-ass guitar from Slash, awesome, harsh vocals from Axl Rose, and everything in between. Overall a really good listen.

Time Out by The Dave Brubeck Quartet
Apr 22 2026

Dave Brubeck makes some chill jazz tunes, and that's really as simple as it gets at face-value. I still like it though. It works as background music, too.

The Stone Roses by The Stone Roses
Apr 23 2026

Their sound on this album is pretty neat, and this is a nice introduction to them for me, too. I also like that atmospheric sort of feeling that the sound of this album gives off. I could get attached to a couple songs on here if I continue to listen to them. Thumbs up.

The Genius Of Ray Charles by Ray Charles
Apr 24 2026

Maybe Ray Charles' job was to almost make me close my eyes with his smooth jazz here. Or maybe I was just tired. There are better songs by him in his arsenal that aren't here, but it's Ray Charles, c'mon. I have to be fair.

Lust For Life by Iggy Pop
Apr 25 2026

Some catchy tunes on this thing. Also, the production on this is a fucking jam. Kinda makes me feel like I missed out on this.

Dry by PJ Harvey
Apr 26 2026

Don't have much to say except: niiiice. Here's a five for you, PJ.

Gold by Ryan Adams
Apr 27 2026

I feel like I'm getting used to country music. This Ryan Adams album is actually kinda enjoyable. Sounds like he had fun making it too.

Apr 28 2026

I like this one by Charles a bit better. In fact, this is probably the best thing I've heard from him so far. A pretty smooth jazz record.

Oar by Alexander 'Skip' Spence
Apr 29 2026

This album is a wonderful introduction to Skip for me, with a lot of nice tunes. I'm also giving this a 5 because it got better as it continued. Smart move, Alex.

Sheet Music by 10cc
May 01 2026

This album is as serious as it is unserious. I can't tell which 10cc is here, but it's working. There's also a bunch of variety here, which also works.

Marquee Moon by Television
May 02 2026

I may have not known who Tom Verlaine was, but his work on this album is a pretty good first impression of Television for me. May he rest in peace.
