Popular Reviews

Shleep by Robert Wyatt

I wish the songs were as good as the album cover. It was definitely different so I commend it on that, but very weird, and the singer was kinda like a British Bob Dylan. Standout songs: Heeps of Sheep, Free Will and Testament, Out of Sunset

Innervisions by Stevie Wonder
May 06 2026

Different than what I'm used to from Stevie Wonder, not as much Motown. He definitely makes a left turn here, but I like that there is a good amount of variety. Its a mix of funk, Motown, fusion jazz, classic guitar, ballad. He also does this thing where he sings in a different voice for a couple songs which is kinda strange haha. Might go back to it!

Rumours by Fleetwood Mac
May 07 2026

I think about everything has been said about this album. The live version of the chain is insane (in a good and very dramatic way)

Axis: Bold As Love by Jimi Hendrix
May 08 2026

It's a good album and the drums go hard. Obviously Jimi's guitar playing is great, but not sure if I click with this album as much as I do with his others. Standout songs: Spanish Castle Magic, Castles Made of Sand, Bold as Love. Castles are good

Led Zeppelin II by Led Zeppelin
May 09 2026

Coming back to this: Listened to it a lot growing up so can't say enough about it

Kid A by Radiohead
May 10 2026

One of the best radiohead albums. The electronic stuff influenced many other artist so that's pretty damn good

Tusk by Fleetwood Mac
May 11 2026

It's alright. It's a very long album and cut have been cut in half. My favorite part about it is that a sample of Tusk is used at basketball games. Standout songs: Storms, Sisters of the Moon, Tusk.

Pearl by Janis Joplin
May 12 2026

I love this kind of 70s music, the soulful + bluesy rock. Loved when Janis Joplin sang less raspy cause it sounds really pleasant, but I know the raspiness is her signature. Raspiness is still good though Standout songs: Move Over, Cry Baby, Half Moon, Buried Alive In The Blues

Play by Moby
May 13 2026

Cool electronica, uses samples really well and the arrangements sound great. Love the mix of piano with strings on some of these songs. I can see him getting some inspiration from Adore by Smashing Pumpkins Standout songs: Find My Baby, Why Does My Hear Feel So Bad, Machete, Everloving, Inside, Guitar & Flute String.

Dance Mania by Tito Puente
May 14 2026

I can always get behind some brass

Shleep by Robert Wyatt
May 17 2026

I wish the songs were as good as the album cover. It was definitely different so I commend it on that, but very weird, and the singer was kinda like a British Bob Dylan. Standout songs: Heeps of Sheep, Free Will and Testament, Out of Sunset

Fragile by Yes
May 18 2026

A classic prog rock album. Standout songs: Roundabout, South Side of the Sky, Long Distance Roundaround, Mood for a Day, Heart of the Sunrise

Imagine by John Lennon
May 19 2026

There's quite a mix of songs, but the quiet piano and string heavy songs really shine here. Standouts: Imagine, Jealous Guy, Oh My Love, How Do You Sleep, How

In A Silent Way by Miles Davis
May 20 2026

This was perfect to update my resume to. Lot of cool parts to each song
