Parallel Lines by Blondie
May 21 2026

the album had nice punk-pop upbeat energy, but the white girl music in it was more then prominent. in my opinion, its a great album with interesting ideas that can appeal both to great audience through the pop influences and also demanding listeners, through its tasteful blend of pop and punk the album is not for my casual listening but i can see myself listening to it on a 80s party

Electric Warrior by T. Rex
May 22 2026

the album has a typical "oldies" style rock with a sprinkle of modern elements of rock. the base for the sound is classic rock'n'roll and the C C6 C7 progression. my favourite would be get it on, for the movement and energy i can see myself listening to this with my grandpa in late summer or early autumn.

Licensed To Ill by Beastie Boys
May 24 2026

even though Im not into rap, the rap rock genre is amazing! I love the flow of it, the heavy hiphop beats and just the overall energy. the rock is more of an acdc type. not all of the songs are raprock, though. the most notable are rhythimn'n'stealin, fight for your right and no sleep till brooklyn

Nilsson Schmilsson by Harry Nilsson
May 25 2026

its a mix of late beatles style and early queen music. i can olso hear a bit of elvis presley there. the album is not amazing, though.

Brilliant Corners by Thelonious Monk
May 26 2026

it's the kinda of overwhelming jazz. solos are kinda semi-random, but the vibe is good

Playing With Fire by Spacemen 3
May 27 2026

psychydelic album, with a ton of distortion, repetition and overall weird sounds. on the other hand, it has interesting effects on psychique...

The ArchAndroid by Janelle Monáe
May 28 2026

disco-pop album. it has nice drive and melodies, sometimes it's too repetetive. it has a combination of disco, pop, african-american things and western stuff

Are You Experienced by Jimi Hendrix
May 30 2026

good, alternative blues/rock/nroll album. has a great vibe and movement. I expected something more psycho from hendrix, but that's my bad

The Wall by Pink Floyd
Aug 13 2026

the wall by pink floyd is a masterpiece, in my opinion all the songs, the story inside the album, just perfect but it can not be listened to in background, you need to focus, at least a bit, to enjoy it

Natty Dread by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Aug 15 2026

the whole album has not-so-changing reggea groove. I dont mind that, it suits the style and the vibe the whole album is like pure reggea straight from cuba. guitar chop on the offbeats and grooving bassline under light drums and slow, relaxing tempo i can imagine listening to this album quite late in summer in 40˚C beside a pool, lake or a sea under a palm tree

Young Americans by David Bowie
Aug 16 2026

hm, disco for white americans of bowie's era. I was expecting more, but it was quite dissappointing the usecase would be a late dinner for my mother's friends

Aug 17 2026

imagine a jazz pianist, hip hop drummer and crazy saxophonist with a rap gang. the overall sound of the album is good, like a classic rap
