1001 Albums Summary

Breezy, gorgeous tunes.

Loved the atmosphere. Great songs were great, but I hated the songs that weren't great.

I'm sure there's a lot of depth behind this, but even without understanding music theory, it was an enjoyable listen.

Perfect album opener and closer

I couldn't listen to this today; I got 10 seconds into The Pain of Loving You before I needed to switch it off. But this is one of my favourite albums and one of my first vinyl records. Are the parts greater than the sum? Well, yes, it's Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt and Emmylou Harris.

Better than the banana album 🤷‍♀️

Fun! I'm ready for some gender diversity in this list

Love love love, any album that mentions my girl Laika is a gem in my book. As someone who experiences anticipatory grief In the Backseat kills me every time. The transition between Haiti and Rebellion (Lies) is so good, it makes me wish the rest was like that.

Nice surprise! I had absolutely no idea this existed before today

I hear surf rock I rate 5 stars

Repetitive, ruined my 1001 mojo

Fun! Once in a Lifetime sounds like it was released in 2014, in a good way. Seen and Not Seen is The Gift by The Velvet Underground
