1001 Albums Summary

9/10. Was slightly sceptical at first as I saw there were a few songs that didnt have English titles. However I was very pleasantly surprised. Guitar was very good, groovy songs and an easy listen.

9.5/10 Listened to a while back and wasn't a fan of it at first but its definitely grown on me.

Not a fan of the Byrds but Mr. Tambourine man song is good

Very good. Enjoyed every song. Theres something about Donald Fagens voice that I dont get on with but I still really enjoy Steely Dan in general

I enjoyed it. The first song 'The girl from Ipanema' was good and the songs following it were good, but after a while it got repetitive and a bit boring. I do enjoy jazzy music but it does go on a bit. I listened to it technically first thing in the morning (finished up a Wham album first - 'Fantastic'). Maybe if I listened to it before bed at night I'd have enjoyed it more.

Started off enjoying it and then went off it in the end

Have to have headphones on and listen to it properly to full enjoy but really like this album. 'Life in a Glasshouse' is an incredible song, and enjoy 'I Might be Wrong'. Not a fan of 'Hunting Bears' or 'Like Spinning Plates' though. Every other song is either amazing or good.

Perfect 10/10 album. 'Climbing up the walls' is better than I remember. Great

Smashing album, 'Wheels of Confusion' and 'Snowblind' are very good songs. The guitar in 'Snowblind' is perfect.

🤨... Screaming, shouting and chimpanzees strumming guitars and banging drums. Don't like the vocals at all, even when he's just singing normally, I still dont like his voice. To be fair, the music in the background sounded pretty cool at times, but I just cant hear past the 'underwater fart' vocals. Cringe. (If I had to choose my favourite song, maybe 'Spit it Out', but it was hard to choose from such a poo poo bum bum album)

Very groovy, felt very good listening to this. Still feel like there's much better Bob Marley songs outside of this album. 4.5

Bit depressing but still some good songs. Not typically the music I'd usually listen to but I enjoyed it.

Not a fan of 60s music like this. Not much to it, however there were a few decent songs like 'Randy Scouse Git'.

Enjoyed this. 'Know Your Product' is very good.

Very groovy and I was surprised. The songs individually were a little bit repetitive for me, but the music made me feel good, especially 'Connected'.
