Remain In Light by Talking Heads
Sep 24 2026

While this album was ok, I wouldn’t seek it out for another listen. I typically like funk-style music but this beat felt repetitive and I’m not a fan of spoken lyrics in songs.

Sep 25 2026

I like this album but overplayed it years ago so I wouldn’t choose to listen to the top chart songs anymore. I do like the indie-pop beats and the musical voice on this album. It felt like it fizzled out in the second half though.

Crosby, Stills & Nash by Crosby, Stills & Nash
Sep 27 2026

The vocal harmonies were fantastic. I thought this was one of the best Folk-rock 70’s albums I’ve heard.

Led Zeppelin II by Led Zeppelin
Sep 28 2026

Love the bluesy rock vibes of Zeppelin II. I hadn’t listened to the entire album in years and found a forgotten gem in “Bring It On Home”

1989 by Taylor Swift

As far as pop albums go, this one ticks on the boxes for me

Sex Packets by Digital Underground
Oct 05 2026

I really like the creative concept of this album about a magic pill that simulates sex and the underlying funk vibes. However, I thought many tracks were too long and lost my focus in the repetitiveness of them.

25 by Adele

I’m still amazed every time I hear Adele’s vocals. So much depth. I’d never listened to this album end to end and I appreciated the cohesiveness of the tracks, although it felt heavy in the piano ballads.
