OK Computer by Radiohead

How do I even begin to describe the production on this. The human mind baffles me everyday.

At San Quentin by Johnny Cash
Sep 30 2026

Brilliant stuff. Johnny Cashes witty one liners, the crowd booing the warden, the music.👌

Green Onions by Booker T. & The MG's
Oct 01 2026

Instrumental music is not really my vibe, but this was a good listen. Twist and shout was my favourite of course.

Oct 02 2026

Obviously already knew this album well before this, but it really is just such a good album. The absolute swagger of Liam Gallaghers voice, Noel’s songwriting, then the production ties it all together. This album knows exactly what it wants to say.

Violent Femmes by Violent Femmes
Oct 03 2026

Really enjoyed this one. I’ll definitely go back to it. I can’t believe this was made in the 80s.

I’m just not a fan of Coldplay. I’d never really listened to them properly before this so I was willing to give them a chance, but no. Just boring are the words I would use to describe this record, absolutely nothing stood out to me. I couldn’t even finish listening to the last 3 tracks because the whole album is so repetitive and bland it was genuinely depressing me.

Fuzzy Logic by Super Furry Animals
Oct 05 2026

3.5 I feel like I should like it more than I do because I do enjoy this kind of music, but I don’t know I just zoned out for most of it 🤷‍♀️.

Ready To Die by The Notorious B.I.G.
Oct 06 2026

Obviously Biggies storytelling is unmatched, but this album was painful listening at times. There are some great moments on this album, but the bad outweighs the good unfortunately. The absolute misogyny is crazy on this, some of the lines are genuinely vile.

Good stuff 👍

Here's Little Richard by Little Richard
Oct 08 2026

The Beatles are one of my favourite bands of all time so of course I enjoyed this. You can tell how much of an influence Little Richard had on them, legend.

Bad Company by Bad Company

I mean, I know they were signed to Led Zeppelin’s record label, but it does just kind of sound like a watered down version of Zeppelin.
