At Folsom Prison by Johnny Cash

I actually loved how soulful this album was. Light hearted but heart felt. And it was so easy to hear the sincerity in Johnny Cash’s resounding voice.

Green River by Creedence Clearwater Revival

I never thought that this would be my first 5/5 album, but I mean no surprise cuz I don’t think I’d ever given them a chance despite loving some of their adjacent bands. Well today’s the day it seems and I loveeeeee it

Kid A by Radiohead
Oct 05 2026

I always struggle to get into Radiohead. I think because I’m more of a lyrics person and I feel like the lyrics don’t really go with the music a lot of the time. But this listen did elicit some memories and produce a bit of a cool atmosphere so I’m happy about it.

Axis: Bold As Love by Jimi Hendrix
Oct 06 2026

I really enjoyed this. So vibey and nice music to drive through scenery to.

Aftermath by The Rolling Stones
Oct 07 2026

So nostalgic. The Rolling Stones tickle my brain in a way I can’t explain.

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
Oct 08 2026

This is what my step dad would call roller skating music. Made me feel like a teenager in the 80s.

Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys
Oct 09 2026

Always an enjoyable listen. Nothin’ crazy

Pretzel Logic by Steely Dan
Oct 12 2026

This was such an enjoyable listen. Funny how I’ve never heard of them before

Oct 13 2026

The insanely long and repetitive instrumentals and semi instrumentals were so incredibly boring that I had to skip forward in search of something different in them. Safe to say not for me

The Specials by The Specials
Oct 15 2026

Cool and enjoyable enough just not very much for me

At Folsom Prison by Johnny Cash
Oct 16 2026

I actually loved how soulful this album was. Light hearted but heart felt. And it was so easy to hear the sincerity in Johnny Cash’s resounding voice.

Pretenders by Pretenders

I was at a shortage of rock bands with female leads- so glad I came across this. I def need to give it a few more good listens

Oct 20 2026

The more I listen to the talking heads, the more confused I get on whether I like them or not. I don’t like that you have to “squint” to be able to hear that they’re saying, like the music is always louder than them

Idlewild by Everything But The Girl
Oct 21 2026

I really tried to fault this album but it’s genuinely so easy to listen to. It’s super long yet not boring at all. I really enjoyed having it in the background as I go about my day. If there were half stars, I’d rate this 4.5/5

Back to Basics by Christina Aguilera
Oct 22 2026

I’d never listened to Christina Aguilera, and I’m not sure what I was expecting but I really enjoyed this!

Green River by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Oct 26 2026

I never thought that this would be my first 5/5 album, but I mean no surprise cuz I don’t think I’d ever given them a chance despite loving some of their adjacent bands. Well today’s the day it seems and I loveeeeee it

Neon Bible by Arcade Fire
Oct 27 2026

It was… fine? I liked the rock-y quality in some songs but I’m mostly just confused

I liked the cultural aspects of it but I view it as the kind of art you admire and set aside for others to do the same
