1001 Albums Summary

3.5/5. my first time listening to the album in full (though had obviously heard bohemian rhapsody and you’re my best friend before), but it’s clear how influential this album was on later work. enjoyed the theatrics. love of my life is probably my fave track

i enjoyed the instrumentals but the vocals not so much 😶‍🌫️

can definitely hear their influence on artists i love like green day. but i think green day did it better :’)

i have listened to the glee mashup of rumour has it/someone like you so many times that hearing them separately felt weird LOL despite the international super stardom of this album, i think this might be the first time i've listened to it in full. other than the singles, i'll be waiting and lovesong stood out to me

3h 15m album had me shook but ella’s vocals + the instrumentals are so heavenly 🥹
