I can't take this band seriously, man. The Blink-182 singer is like the male version of cursive singing. Enema is better. Both kinda suck though.
I always liked some blink-182, but mainly their hits. I never liked them enough to listen to a whole album. I was a bit apprehensive of this one as I am not a big fan of most its singles (appart from I Miss You, and even then it's not their best). Unfortunately I ended up not liking most of the album. I largely prefer their straight forward pop punk style. I respect the artistic risk they wanted to take on the album. They clearly wanted to make a more fleshed out record, however the compositions are often weak and unoriginal. Another issue I have is that some of the songs are too long for their own good. As I said, I respect they dared to try something else and to be honest I think it is well produced, but I feel this was not the best first blink record to listen front to back. 5/10
Another Blink-182 record. This doesn’t feel as essential. I like that there’s just a The Cure track in the middle
After enema of the state I thought I’d heard enough blink 182 on this list and that’s pretty much how I still feel after hearing this. Less exciting than that album and where are you isn’t enough to make it worth it. Less punky than before and more mature in a not good way.
An interesting listen, but not one that resonated with me unfortunately.

This band had one or two listenable songs and neither were on this album.
They deftly strike a balance between being extremely annoying *and* pretentious on this one. I mean…this is a Blink 182 album with a freakin’ glockenspiel on it.
With this shitty art work I assumed this was the debut album from blink-182. Was surprised to learn that wasn't the case. This is definitely a bit different than what I know them for, but different does not equate to better. This was a slog and entirely forgettable.
