The Renaissance
Q-TipMade it almost to the end of track 6. Really not my sort of music and I am unable to appreciate it at all. 1/5.

No thanks
I enjoyed this right from the start and have added Queens Of The Stone Age to my saved artists on Tidal. It didn't blow me away but definitely worth a 4.0/5.
Lee: Take it or leave it for me. Not sure I like Brian Johnson's voice. There are some good tracks but not good enough to want me to listen again. Back In Black is probably the best (and most famous) from this album. Rating: 2.8/5
Ugh. Maybe it was because I was listening to this while working but I couldn't get on with it. In fact, it was quite annoying in the background. Clever musically but too 'busy' for me in my current mood. I have no desire to listen to this album again. Best tracks are White Rabbit and Someone To Love. 2/5
I must be a tough, one man crowd. This didn't grab me at all. Except for Killing Moon, which is such an ace track, the rest failed to inspire any foot tapping and have since been forgotten. 2.7/5, probably would have been a 1 if not for Killing Moon.
Not really my sort of music but it did generate some foot tapping. I'm becoming to appreciate that my enjoyment of music is influenced by my mood. It is Friday today. So close to a 3 but I will probably never choose to listen to this again. Rating 2.8/5
Pure foot tapping excellence. This is music. I find it hard to give anything 5 stars because this suggests absolute perfection but, if not this album, what else would be worthy? 5/5.

Not for me but it certainly wasn't annoying. Funky beats had my toe tapping at times so must have been hitting a spot, somewhere. 2.7/5
Largely unmemorable for me, apart from some of the more well known tunes. Not something I'd, usually listen to 2.7/5.
Enjoyable for the most, especially some old favourites. 4.2/5.
Not my sort of music. It's OK but I just won't listen to this by choice. I'll give this a 3 as am rating 2.8/5. Rating is mainly for excellent recording, excellent singing and skilful playing.
Wow a lot on here is just not my sort of music but gave this one a chance. Didn't make it all the way to the end due to angry, political, shouty delivery. Quite liked 'Wake Up'. Rating 2/5.
Haha! Middle of the road for a Christmas album. 2.5/5.
As said previously, I think my mood influences how receptive I am to listening. Blur wouldn't be my choice of band but this album may grow on me if I were to give it a couple of plays. 2.9/5

OK but largely unmemorable. The music didn't grab me but wasn't unpleasant. It's was background music for me. I.e. something playing that I didn't focus on. Rate it 3.5/5.
Boring. Didn't make it to the end. 'Reward' is the one notable track. 2.3/5.
A surprise for me. Listening to this at 5:10am on New Years' day 2021. Real enjoyed this album of foot tapping stuff, in places, with soulful poetry in others. Rating high 3s but will keep as a 3 star out of 5.
Music is too busy with lack of memorable tune. The tracks from MGMT's 2005 album could easily be mistaken for any track on Oracular Spectacular. I guess if you appreciate the style then the differences would be apparent. It's not the worst thing that I've listened to so... 2/5 (?)
Love Fats' voice and his range; from upbeat to soulful. Superb piano and timing at 1:08 on "La La". A showcase in finger dexterity! Would have to be in a certain mood to play this so will rate 3/5.
Alright if you like a bit of Country. Lovely voice. 3/5.
Getting hard to find different descriptions for albums that seem run of the mill. I seem to be giving out lots of 3s. So... this album is easy listening. Nothing 'bad' but few memorable tracks. 'The Weight' is probably the most well known track.
I seem to remember the first half of this album more than the last, until Fool's Gold arrives. Great listening to this again. 4/5.
So nearly a 4! I had boxed ZZ Top into the style they played in the mid-80s onwards. Really liking this album! Rate 3.8/5.
Hi 2s for this one. I'll give it a 3 as it's nearly there and shouldn't be in the same bracket as Surrealistic Pillow, which was definitely a 2. 2.8/5 (but rate 3).
Very informative and easy on the ear. Not the kind of music I would choose to listen to but somewhat easier to listen to than other albums on this list. I would like to find time to listen in its entirety. Still, for me it will have to be a 2.5 - so 2/5 stars.
Good old Beatles. I like foot tapping along to some of these but I'm not sure I'd purposely play this album. 3.8 (but 3 stars) out of 5.
I prefer other Floyd albums currently but that may be because I haven't had that much exposure to 'The Wall'. In comparison to the majority of the albums I have reviewed I would much rather listen to this. Rating (high) 4/5.
Enjoyed this blast from the past and may bear it in mind when wanting to listen to something other than my normal rotation. I enjoy many tracks but anything with rapping in it turns me off. 3.7/5 so 3 stars.
