What a nostalgic album! Still relevant, still entertaining, still "shocking".

Grunge can be good but most of the time it just sounds like monotonous noise where all instruments and voice get lost in a jumble of sounds. The notable exception on this album being of course Black Hole Sun, where the musical arrangement is noticeably more "pop"

Quintessential 2010s sound, with very interesting composition and instrument layering. Ladytron meets Arcade Fire! I listened to the live version and Squalor Victoria was splendid.

Good old U2, with those tunes that have permeated pop culture. An enjoyable listening experience but not much out of the ordinary
