Popular Reviews

You're Living All Over Me by Dinosaur Jr.

Another I'm familiar with, every track's been on my playlist at one point or another. Kinda burnt myself out on this album but i still appreciate the songwriting and shit

The Bends by Radiohead

I hate to disappoint louis but i kinda didnt like this. It seemed pretty limp to me, like they were just being radiohead and nothing else, no tracks stood out and none stuck in my head, except for just but id heard that before. I dunno, i find all the other radiohead ive heard just a ton more interesting. Not offensive though so it gets a 2

Led Zeppelin III by Led Zeppelin
Mar 22 2021

i'd only heard immigrant song, so i thought the rest of the album would be more or less the same, i was kinda pleasantly surprised by the variety but it's still not rly my sort of music

Hot Buttered Soul by Isaac Hayes
Mar 23 2021

kinda zoned out in the first half but i get behind one woman, the rest of it's good background music

Stardust by Willie Nelson
Mar 25 2021

i agree with both louis, just some calm music that does the country thing pretty tastefully. nothing really stood out to me though and again it's not rly my thing, though i do appreciate it

The Boatman's Call by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Mar 26 2021

Kinda cringe. As much as i like his earlier post punk shit i rly cant get behind the sadboi singer-songwriter era. That said i wish this site had half stars so giving it a 1 wouldnt look as bad

Station To Station by David Bowie
Apr 15 2021

it was fine :/ idk i kinda don't get the hype around bowie, i might be cringe tho, that's likely. it sounds like he says dababy in golden years

One World by John Martyn
Apr 22 2021

I rly fuck w this, hes showed up in music recommendation sites when i enter music i like but ive never rly given him the time, but today i did (funnily enough i was looking at this album specifically before i checked here lmao) yeah pretty poggers pogchamp imo, listened to it twice today and plan to listen more

Fred Neil by Fred Neil
Apr 29 2021

Kinda good but nothing rly stands out. Found out about this guy through tim buckley (one of my favourite artists)'s cover of the dolphins, so i was excited to see what he had to offer, and while i can see how buckley would have been inspired by fred neil, and imo went on to kinda perfect his formula, this album sorta doesnt stand on it's own for me. I've been listening to this album since it popped up here, and it's currently the 2nd of july, so i think ive given it enough time to make my mind up that it's all fine, certainly not offensive, but often falls just short of being remarkable. Everybody's Talkin' is probably the highlight i'd say

Murmur by R.E.M.
May 04 2021

Yet another im familiar with, full of rly fun bangers, i specifically like catapult, laughing and radio free europe. Gotta listen to this more, its rly solid and i dont appreciate it enough

Another Green World by Brian Eno
May 05 2021

Pogged ryancore, eno is a very clever man and i like him :-)

You're Living All Over Me by Dinosaur Jr.
May 06 2021

Another I'm familiar with, every track's been on my playlist at one point or another. Kinda burnt myself out on this album but i still appreciate the songwriting and shit

Tusk by Fleetwood Mac
Jun 17 2021

Its a fine album, the ledge and think about me are good, title track's also fun, the rest is sorta just filler to me though

Electric Prunes by The Electric Prunes
Jun 25 2021

Might be sacrilegious but i didnt think this was anything special, kinda sounds like lots of other music of the era, that said i was pleased by onie but thats only one song
