Naff 70s boring rock
You know what you're getting with The Stranglers - upbeat post-wave punk. I just don't like the vocals. Hanging Around is a good song.
90s punk, quite catchy at first but gets very samey after a few songs
Boring Radiohead-style slow blandness
Well it's definitely different... Sounds like someone recorded an avante-garde hippie spoken word poem/drum circle jam session in large parts. Then other parts sound like 'railroad' songs with a more gravelly feel, which are better but just OK really.
Folky, twee and earnest. Plenty of swelling choral sections. Just a bit too pretentious and slow/boring for me though. I prefer my folk the upbeat kind.
This is very of its time. Jingly jangly 60s acoustic/clean electric rock with typical 60s weird lyrics.
A live album is a really strange choice, and especially for Motorhead. I love the music usually, but the recording quality is so bad that I just can't really listen to this album. I'm not sure heavy rock/metal really translates well in live albums at all.
