Blood On The Tracks
Bob DylanBig girl now is a favourite of mine. Unpopular opinion I know, but it’s background music for me.

Yes yes yes! Love this album. All the blues you’ll ever need.
Fantastic album, totally listenable. All bar one song which is pretty impressive.
Great album. Easy listening, two classic hits.
Musically I’m not there with this album but I appreciate its political importance
Am I missing a backstory? I’m not sure why this has made it on the list. A mix of pop/soul and high school musical/Riverdale. Doesn’t really go anywhere. It’s not unbearable however.
Was alright. Not a genre I’d normally listen to, some bearable tracks but all took a while to get into, some I scanned through. If you like a bit of whingy grunge rock full of hate and loathing then you might like this.
Not my bag
Phenomenal album. You can’t not move to these tracks.
Lovely. Warm, nostalgic, and classy jazz, easy listening (nothing too off beat or overly clever)
Heavy punk…horror movie type music. Unlistenable unless you’re either super super angry and/or demonic.
Classic head banging heavy metal. Fantastic guitar riffs and double pedal drum thrashing. I don’t find this type of music easy to listen to and wouldn’t choose it but totally appreciate the skills.
Great album.
Superb album. Unique and wonderful.
It’s like an idiots guide to country music, tells it as it is, all the country rhythms and southern sounds. Did make me feel a bit sad as she’s obviously been with quite a few drunks in her life. I liked it.
Not sure when I’d listen to this album. It’s not background, dinner music, not party music, I wouldn’t have it on whilst out walking. I don’t get high and I think it would probably be good for that.
Phenomenal album
One fantastic song, the others just merged into one and I lost interest
An east one for me as I know this album pretty well and love it. There are of course a few tracks which I’m totally not bothered by but on the whole a fantastic album full of teenage grunge despair.
Beautiful soothing sounds. Really pleasant relaxing easy listening.
It’s hard to listen to seriously, it’s full of sarcastic wit and comedic observations of society. I’m not a huge pulp fan but get their appeal.
I’ve seen too many horror cult movies where someone ends up as the sacrifice, burnt or slaughtered with this type of folk music gently playing over the top…..so as you can imagine not an easy listen for me.
No not for me. Semi melodic noise with faint vocals, didn’t listen to the whole album so could of been more ‘singing’ I think you’d have to be proper stoned to enjoy it fully.
Quite liked the cheesy rock in this album, I wouldn’t choose to listen to it but it now makes sense of all the other slash metal/rock bands that have mimicked them.
Yeah I’d just rather listen to the Beatles
Lovely vibes, chilled. Great album.
Kinda hypnotic sounds, well, they would be but I found the singers voice to grate on me after a while. I appreciate it but it’s just not music that I would listen to, unless I was like invoking spirits or trying to be mysterious.
I’m a ‘best of’ listener of the cure and none of these made that album. Not quite sure why this album made it when they’ve done so much better.
